Wholesale Policy

Welcome to Jan Michaels Wholesale. All of our original designs use “antique” brass, which is an environment friendly metal finishing porcess that darkens the brass and then tumbles it to create a gold patina.

First-Time Customers

You will need to register for an acount with us. But you can begin to shop with us right away!

  • 1Go to the wholesale login page
  • 2Click the “Register” button. Answer the questions related to you and your business. You will also create a username and password - be sure to write it down!
  • 3Once you complete the online registration, you can shop with us. In 1 - 3 business days, we will review and approve your account via email.

The opening order must be at least $300. If your wholesale registration is not approved, we will cancel and refund any purchases.

Current Customers

We have created an account for you so you do not need to register, just simply log-in.

  • 1Go to the wholesale login page
  • 2Enter your email address. Your password is your customer number. You can find your customer number at the top of your invoice. See a sample invoice.

Orders $100+ shipping to the U.S.

Ordering Policy
Since each order is custom made, please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery. The opening order for new customers is $300 and the minimum re-order amount is $100 - an order less than $100 will incur a $15 handling and processing fee.

Cancellations and Returns
To avoid a 20% re-stocking fee, orders must be cancelled within 5 business days from your order date. Any questions or concerns about your order please email us or call 1.800.971.7717

Rush Orders
To request a rush order, please select the “Rush Order” option on your checkout page. Please also detail any specific requirements in the comments area. Note that Free Shipping does not apply to rush orders, so you will need to select a new shipping method.

International Orders

Note that all international customers are responsible for all customs logistics and fees, duties, taxes and brokerage fees, as well as any other charges incurred at your location. Shipping times will also vary depending on customs, so please note that estimated delivery times may not apply to your region.
